In-Person Personal Training- Wandsworth & Wimbledon
I coach in person at a fully equipped gym in Wimbledon Park where you don't need to be a member for me train you there. I also offer home visits to clients across Wandsworth, Earlsfield and SW18.
In-person training is the highest level of coaching I offer. You get real-time technique feedback, hands-on instruction and the kind of accountability that’s hard to replicate remotely. Every session is built around your programme, your movement and where you are on any given day.
This is for you if:
You’re in Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Earlsfield or nearby and want face to face coaching
You want someone watching your form and pushing you in the room
You’ve tried training alone and it hasn’t stuck
You’re a complete beginner who needs confidence with movement & technique before going it alone

Live coaching over video call. Same bespoke programming, same personal attention, same real-time feedback as in-person, without the commute.
Virtual training is not a compromise. For clients who train at home or in a commercial gym it delivers everything in-person coaching does. I watch you move, correct your technique in real time and push you when you need it. The only difference is the screen between us.
This works particularly well for desk-based professionals whose schedules don’t allow for fixed in-person sessions, clients who travel regularly, and anyone who trains at home with limited equipment.
